My hours will be from 7:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. with flexibility for emergencies and weather conditions. I am willing to negotiate early starting availability.
Rates and Payment Date
My rates are established for January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012.
I do not close for inclement weather.
If you need to get to work, I will be here for your family.

Fee structure is a full-time rate whether the child attends or not.
Full-time Weekly Rates
Newborn to 12 months old $165.00
1 years to 5 years old $150.00

Part-time Daily Rates
1/2 days per day $ 25.00
Full day $ 40.00
Before and After School Weekly $ 50.00
(the Waukee School District Bus stops at my corner)
Payment is due each Friday for the upcoming week services. There will be a $10 late fee assessed for payments made after 6:00 p.m. each Friday. Receipts will be available the next business day upon request.
